1 Acceptance of Terms

By accessing luki33.com, creating an account, depositing funds, placing bets, or participating in any promotional offer provided by luki33, you enter into a binding legal agreement with the luki33 platform. These Terms & Conditions, together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, form the complete legal basis of your relationship with luki33.

These Terms apply to all players accessing luki33 from Pakistan and any other eligible jurisdiction. luki33 reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. 2 Eligibility & Age Verification

luki33 requires all players to complete identity verification (Know Your Customer / KYC) before withdrawals are processed and in certain other circumstances. Verification documents required include a valid Pakistani CNIC (Computerised National Identity Card) or Passport. luki33 reserves the right to request additional documents at any time to verify identity, age, address, or source of funds.

Any account found to have been registered by a person under the age of 21 will be immediately suspended, all funds will be frozen pending investigation, and any winnings generated will be voided and forfeited. luki33 may report underage gambling attempts to relevant authorities where required by applicable law.

3 Account Registration

Each player is permitted to hold one (1) account only on luki33. The creation of duplicate, multiple, or linked accounts by a single individual for any purpose — including circumventing bonus restrictions, avoiding self-exclusion, or accessing suspended accounts — is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms.

When registering an account on luki33, you agree to:

• Provide accurate, complete, and truthful registration information, including your full legal name as it appears on your CNIC, date of birth, Pakistani mobile number, and valid email address.
• Promptly update your account information if any details change.

luki33 is not responsible for any losses arising from your failure to maintain the security of your account login details. Any actions taken from a player's account — whether or not the player personally initiated them — are the responsibility of the account holder unless a timely report of unauthorised access is made to luki33 support.

luki33 reserves the right to refuse registration to any applicant at its sole discretion, without being required to provide a reason for such refusal.

4 Deposits & Payments

luki33 accepts deposits exclusively in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). All account balances, wagering requirements, bonus amounts, and withdrawal figures are denominated in PKR. The following payment methods are currently supported on luki33:

luki33 does not charge fees on deposits; however, your payment provider may apply its own transaction charges. Players are responsible for any charges imposed by their bank or mobile wallet provider. luki33 is not liable for delays or failures caused by third-party payment processors.

5 Withdrawals & Processing

Players may request withdrawals of their available balance at any time, subject to the following conditions:

• The player's account must be fully verified (KYC complete) before any withdrawal is processed.
• Withdrawals must be directed to a payment method registered in the same name as the luki33 account holder.
• Minimum withdrawal amounts apply and are displayed in the account dashboard at the time of the withdrawal request.
• Any active bonus funds and associated wagering requirements must be fully satisfied before bonus-derived winnings become eligible for withdrawal.
• luki33 targets withdrawal processing within 24 hours for fully verified accounts. Actual transfer times thereafter depend on the player's selected payment method and provider.

luki33 reserves the right to conduct enhanced due diligence checks on withdrawal requests, particularly for large amounts or where unusual account activity has been detected. During such review periods, withdrawal processing may be temporarily paused. Players will be notified of any delay and the approximate timeframe for resolution.

Withdrawal requests may be declined or reversed if luki33 determines that the account is under investigation for suspected fraud, bonus abuse, money laundering, or any other violation of these Terms. In such cases, luki33 will communicate the reason for the decision to the affected player in writing.

6 Bonuses & Promotions

luki33 offers a range of promotional bonuses to eligible players, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and seasonal promotions tied to events such as Eid and the PSL cricket season. All promotions are subject to the following general conditions, in addition to any specific terms communicated at the time the promotion is offered:

• Bonuses are available to players who are 21 years of age or older and who have completed account verification.
• Each promotional offer may only be claimed once per player, per household, per device, and per IP address unless otherwise stated.
• Bonuses are credited in PKR to the player's bonus balance. Bonus funds are separate from real-money funds and cannot be withdrawn directly.

13 Account Suspension & Closure

• The player is under 21 years of age.
